Byte Technologies provides managed IT services, technology consulting, compliance solutions, and related support to businesses and individuals. Specific services may be detailed in separate service agreements.

3. Client Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our Services remain the property of Byte Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Intuit). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, particularly for violation of these terms or non-payment.

9. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Byte Technologies regarding your account, services, and important updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
